Our Story
Keely met Manoj in 2017: she was a Career Coach in an MBA program and Manopj was a student in the program - and Keely's coachee. After a successful engineering career in India, Manoj was looking to pivot into the public sector after the MBA; he and Keely collaborated to prepare him for the Canadian job market and he soon landed an exciting new role. Many of his friends and family - and even some strangers - reached out to him to ask:

"How can I find a successful career in Canada, just like you did?"

Manoj's response: "I think I can help."

He reached out to Keely, who had helped him secure his first job in Canada - and her response was the same:
"I think I can help, too!"

And so, in 2021, Keely and Manoj teamed up to create WorkSpark.

With Manoj's impressive network and lived experience as a migrant to Canada, and Keely's coaching experience and understanding of career development, they've helped over 100 clients find career opportunities in Canada.
