Thinking About a Change?
Career transitions come with a lot of questions. Here are answers to some of the most common ones I hear from professionals exploring what’s next.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our conversations are structured but flexible. We’ll explore your goals, unpack your current situation, and work through options together. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective, and help you identify clear, actionable next steps. Be ready to share the details of your career & how you’re feeling about it!
If you’re not sure what you need next, that’s okay! You’re welcome to book a call and we can figure it out together! If you have a specific question or decision to work through, the Clarity Session is a great place to begin. If you’re looking for more structured support over time, the Momentum Series or Fresh Spark might be a better fit. You’re also welcome to book a call and we can figure it out together!
Yes! This kind of work brings my extensive writing experience and my career development knowledge together. We might work on interview skills, improve your resume, or identify strategic networking opportunities. I take a very hands-on approach with resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn. I won’t write them for you (sorry!) but I help with providing suggestions, ideas, notes, and language to ensure your materials reflect your strengths and support your broader career direction.
I’ve heard from clients that they find greater clarity, stronger confidence in their direction, and a clear plan for their next steps when they work with me. For those actively making a move, that often includes stronger positioning, more effective networking, and better outcomes in the job search process.
Not at all. Many clients come to me before they’re ready to make a move and I’m happy to meet you where you’re at. You might be exploring your options, feeling stuck, still reeling from a layoff, or trying to be more intentional about your next step. We can work at the stage you’re in.
That’s completely okay. Many clients start with a single Clarity Session to get a feel for the process and see what’s most helpful before deciding on next steps.
Coaching is focused entirely on you: we’ll work through your goals, your values, and your long-term direction. Unlike a recruiter, I’m not trying to place you in a role, and unlike a mentor, I’m not guiding you based on my own career path. Instead, I ask thoughtful questions to help you think strategically and make decisions that are right for you, with the added benefit of resume help, LinkedIn advice, and networking tips.
Depending on the client - yes! These tools can be a great doorway into the self-reflection process, particularly if a client needs support with understanding their strengths, motivators, and some potential paths to explore. I will suggest a tool, ask you to complete the assessment, and then share the results with me. The conversation coming out of the assessment is typically the most valuable part and a great jumping-off point for our work together.
